The blade bolster looks kind of like Darth Vaders headgear.

First of many bad signs is the low pull nail nick on the blade. You won't find a low pull with real tested stamped blade. Down hill from there.

Christmas Tree Celluloid Handles. were put on 1920-1940 case xx tested knives.
these don't look the same though .
