Case Tested Doctor's Knife?

How about this one? I don't like the handle material. In my small reference book it shows, green bone, Christmas tree, imitation tortoise shell, pearl, and stag were used during the tested era. This looks like Remington pyremite? Also one of the pictures shows there are gaps around the inlay on the shield. Deal or no deal?
