State and Vandy square of this afternoon , should be a barn burner. Arguably the two best teams in college baseball with a combined record of 107 wins against 24 losses. GO VANDY.

Watched the Seminoles get eliminated last night. The after game interview with Coach Mike Martin was very touching! The coach with the most NCAA Division 1 wins in any sport! 2029 wins, 17 trips to College World Series but never a win. He graciously tipped his hat to the Texas Tech reliever that kept the score 4-1 to eliminate FSU. What a fine gentleman!
Now we can sit back and enjoy the rest of the games, the pressure is off, again.

Coach Martin is a class act. And his record speaks for itself regarding his ability as a coach.

I will be cheering on my Texas Tech Red Raiders but regardless what happens will be enjoying the rest of the games also. It’s a great achievement to make it to the semi-finals but when you’re playing the best of the best it takes not only a great team but also some good luck.

It’s been a great spring for Texas Tech - after making it to the NCAA finals in basketball, the Red Raiders won the NCAA men’s track and field championship. Now they’re in the baseball final four and still playing! Next up is Michigan on a Friday. Michigan is unbeaten thus far in the tournament so if Tech should win Friday, we’ll have to play them again Saturday.
