Camillus #5 Fishing Knife ?

I own a lot of fishing knives and I own a few Camillus #5’s. I saw this one on E-bay and it has some interesting differences. The handle and frame seem right with the knife sharpening stone and the shrunken yellow handles. But the blade seems wrong. It looks like a newer Camillus blade. The knife doesn’t really look like it’s been altered. The bolsters look original and the pins look to be from the right era.
Can anyone shed some light on this one?

This one rolls legit. They were also promoting a single blade toothpick with a stainless blade as a fruit and melon tester and the later ones had the same tri-angular pull. I'll enclose a pic.
Do you own any Ka-Bar T-29s? They're sweet! Ka-Bar also went with the triangular pulls later on.

Thanks for the info!
No T-29’s in my collection “yet”. I’m a big fan of the folding fish knife category. I’ll keep an eye out for the T-29.

I have #25 knife from this era, and I see nothing wrong, except for the lack of a serrated tip of the blade. But perhaps this is the result of home sharpening.

Thanks vit_213, the blade just didn’t look right for a #5.

And don't forget to check out the lesser known jumbo T-49! I removed the fish scaler off this one. Perhaps it was Ka-Bar's answer to the Giant Case "SEA-BEAST" of the Tested era. Cheers!
