This Rapala Swedish made one is the only fish fillet knife I own. Stainless steel, 6 1/4" rubber handled lockblade, with a screw removable blade for cleaning out the inside (of the knife that is).

Beautiful folding fillet knives, Tongueriver and Olde Cutler. I have a few fillet knives, but none of mine are Schrades.
