Case Doctor's Knife 6285 Solingen Germany?

This is just a question, not an accusation. I am not very knowledgeable about many of the newer, very creative Case knives, so please forgive my ignorance. Here is a Case 2-blade Doctor's knife up for sale on the bay. https://www.ebay.com/itm/CASE-XX-USA-62 ... %7Ciid%3A1
The tang is stamped "7 285 Solingen Germany" and if you look at the pictures in magnified view, the scales don't quite reach to the bolsters, which to me looks like typical celluloid shrinkage on an older knife or maybe a poor rehandling job. I've never seen a Case knife with the "Solingen Germany" stamp or "acrylic" scales. The auction description indicates: "UP FOR AUCTION IS THIS CASE XX USA 6285 SS DOCTOR'S KNIFE WITH CHIP AND CRACK FREE SUPER NICE TORTOISE ACRYLIC HANDLES" Also, the auction indicates is "SS" for stainless steel, but I don't see that on the tang stamps.
Is this one of the newer Case creations or a horse of an entirely different color? Thanks. Herb
