Quite a 'fancy' knife with the 'milling' ? work on the handles. Good knife for a waiter/food server.

Nice! I think that's a "7129GSIL" "Corkscrew Knife" with some extra-fancy "engine-turning". I have never seen one with the turned handles like that before. Here's entry from 1930 supplement. Illustration shows some embellishment on the handles but decription does not specify "engine-turned" so I'm not sure what the standard was for this pattern.
