Now this Uncle Henry 127 is presentable

I posted one before picture in another thread to show what some LOONEY TUNE did to this poor knife. Whoever the PO was, they should be ashamed of what they did to this knife. It was all you could do, to get the blade open because the liner lock was such a mess.... Here ya go...... BEFORE.
SO... after disassembly, I had to take a shot at getting the liner lock back to it's original shape. After some hammering, sanding, and a little gnashing of teeth, I got it back to where it would work.
Then, a good clean up, and reassembly, it actually has snap again... at both ends.... opening and closing!.... YAY!!!
MAN.... when you zoom in with a camera, you can see tiny little things you didn't quite see with your old bare eyes.....LOL.
Well, it is now one I don't mind handing to someone so they can use it!

YES.... man, this one feels NICE in the hand.
I hate Schrade didn't keep making these with the FAT handles....

Very nice rescue Mike! Sometimes the handmade sheaths you can find on the bay are better and prettier than the OEM ones.
