Long Bolster Coon
A good while back someone asked me for an original Colonel Coon with a long bolster. I apologize but I can not remember who asked me. However, I may be able to help you if you are still looking for a long bolster coon. Here's a pic for a reference as to what I mean by a long bolster coon.

I'm not the one who originally ask but I'm interested in it. Please email me at mavediller@charter.net if your interested in parting with it. Regards Luckydog

I guess on a barlow the long bolster strengthens the blade end of the knife. Is that also the purpose of the long bolster on a stockman? Why is it necessary? Or is it just for looks?
