For your viewing pleasure is a Holub electrician restoration/remodeling that I finished this weekend. This one had the unusual combination of hawkbill and screwdriver blades, to go with the cheap plastic scales that were all beat to heck. I really like the sturdy, thick blades, liners and springs on these and thought they looked familiar. Lets see, I converted the linerlock to a center liner by amputating the prong thing on one end that makes it lock, "wharncliffed" the screwdriver blade and dressed him (definitely a "him", not a "her") up in smooth sunset bone from Culpepper. I am not familiar with Holub knives, so I looked up Holub in my copy of Blade's Guide. It turns out they are or were an electrical supply company that had these made for them by Camillus in the 70's. Now I know why the parts looked familiar. :D

A good looking and sturdy work knife. Great job on the handles and the blade alteration. ::nod:: ::tu::
