Same seller has several other fake Case knives for sale including a 25 cent and a 50 cent knife. Both fakes. ::barf::

Looks suspiciously like a poorly "customized" Parker lockback whittler

Does anyone send a link to this thread to the seller in these instances, with a polite suggestion that it might be useful to him? Just curious.

I often do so, and did in this case. Seller has not responded yet. About half the time I get a “thank you” and they remove the listing. Occasionally they add a comment to the listing saying someone told them it’s fake and to “use your own judgement”. Then there are the smart asses that say “you wish”, or “mind your own business“ - that’s probably 30% of them. And sometimes it’s “thank you” and then they change nothing. Once had one tell me his neighbor told him the knife was legit. ::shrug::

Edit: got a reply from seller saying “Thanks for looking out for people appreciate that”. Now we’ll have to wait and see what the seller does with the listing.

Nothing changed with these listings so far. Guess the seller doesn’t care that he’s selling fakes. ::shrug::

The listing expired, so the seller has resisted it. It’s still a fake! ::facepalm:: I guess he didn’t believe me, or doesn’t care. Looking for a sucker to separate them from their money.

All I can say to that is karma is a !!$+++'!'(. I was once told there no right way to do wrong. I've come to believe that. I feel kind of sorry for the fool.
