Didnt Camillus make some pretty bone handled knives back in the day! Being primarily a Case guy I neglected Camillus for a while. I shouldn't have!

WOW Colonel!! Yours are AWESOME! Camillus made some beautiful knives for sure!Colonel26 wrote: ↑Fri Jul 31, 2020 11:45 pm After looking at yours, I dug mine out. I agree the old Camillus Rogers bone knives were some of the best, and yours look better than mine. Here’s a few more to add to the thread.

Roger's Bone is awesome! Camillus put thick slabs on too! Especially the EO's!
Really like your 69! That main is so slender and elegant! And that bone is awesome!
Thanks Floyd. I like them too. I never knew anything about Camillus or Rogers bone either until I joined AAPK. Now I can't hardly pass one up. It's a sickness I tell ya, and I blame JerryD! lol
Thank ya sir! Camillus did these well. Everyone I've ever had, including the later delrin handled ones were very well made and smooth. They're as addicting as the 72 I believe.woodwalker wrote: ↑Sat Aug 01, 2020 1:37 amReally like your 69! That main is so slender and elegant! And that bone is awesome!![]()
Wade that was a stamp that was only used a short time when they started up after the war. Very few around. The model 17 is also a one year catalogued knife and it too is a no line. I should have noted that. I was unaware of them but got the information from Vit and Jerry. Thanks.
