All About Pocket Knives

Saw this knife on eBay. Who makes this knife?

The handle and shield reminded me of this knife I have that are very
similar, but I'm not sure if it could be the same maker. I'll bet
someone smarter than me will come along and help you more.

From the long bolsters I would say it was probably made in Germany. But that is all I can hazzard a guess on at this point.
