"Odd" Shapleigh's knife

Can't remember seeing this mark.. The knife is wood, birdseye, no spring rivet, (internal ?) 3-1/8". Could find any reference to the Rite-Way Foods. Didn't know Shapleigh had knives made for other businesses. Comments welcomed. Thanks J.O'.

Nice knife and great advertising piece. Shapleigh used the same pattern for their "EVERY BOY" boy's Knife.
