Roper brand knifes ?

Seen a display at a hardware store the other day , looked nice , but didnt handle any , China made ?

They are made in China, yes, and are a sort of cheap line of carbon steel folders.

But, Boker also has produced Roper knives, licensed from the jeans company. I don't guess that is those.


1065 carbon steel is what they use. That's good for a big chopper, but not a small folder.

1065 or 1095 ?
1065 was what all the eBay listings said, so I'm presuming that's the steel used.
