Clueless Remington owner

Been cleaning out an old house and found tons of old pocket knives. My favorite i cant find any info on just 1 post on ebay but when i look up r1123 a diff knife comes up. Can anyone help me out with value? Been using it when i mushroom hunt.

It's an R1253.Condition is pretty rough.Looks like someone has beat on the bolster pin.

Looks like it could be a R1253 as stated, any marks on the back of the blade close to the handle?

I think i need to clean it first. Also need to be directed to how to properly clean it...i am sure there is a post here somewhere!

Welcome to AAPK. An R1253 that looks to be in better condition than yours sold on eBay a couple of months ago for $224. Condition is of paramount importance for value.
