No explanation necessary really, but this is a re-listing that has been going on for a few months. If you think that it is an isolated anomaly by this seller, think again; his other items for sale tell the tale. It is people like this that give a bad name to all the websites on the internet, not just Ebay.

I went ahead and checked out the other items that are for sale, I believe there are a some $400 and $500 T shirts to go with that $777 pocket knife, don't miss out.

As one of my friends would say, "must be a crackhead".

A very nice little knife but I find it insulting when a dealer asks so many times what I would guess a knife to be worth but wants people to make offers. This seller is far from unique in that respect. Fishing for suckers and unfortunately they are out there.

When I sell knives I try to be reasonable when pricing them. In doing that I feel offers made at fifty percent or less of what my asking price is to be insulting. An offer of 50% for this knife and so many others floating in the bay would be a crazy windfall IMO.

We are lucky to be in a free enterprise system and we can pick and choose who we deal with.

I have a great many beautiful celluloid-handled knives. I don't think I ever paid $100 for one.

I think this jerk is just fishing for some idiot that has more money than brains.
