Hi all, yes I'm still around

just wondered what everyone's favourite daily carry was ? I've had this Case XX 6207 pocket worn edition for about a year now , I've mainly been a Barlow and stockman fan but I picked this up second hand unused and still boxed for about £50 , I love its size and how it feels in the hand , the blade selection is perfect for me , it's in my pocket 84% of the time , what is your favourite daily carry and why

Hope everyone is safe and well
Paul

I'm a minimalist when it comes to tools so my daily carry is a Victorinox Alox Army 1 (AKA Solo). Light, nearly indestructible scales, perfect front pocket size and decent blade steel that holds an edge well.

I usually switch out, roughly once a week. I generally carry a more modern, heavier duty folder and a smaller traditional. Can't say I've settled on a single favorite.

No single favorite knife, just a prefered pattern - the stockman. A different knife every day or two.

When I'm working around the place, most generally I'll have my SOG Flash II and some sort of full sized stockman, a Case 6275, 6375 or a Queen 49.

My single most favorite EDC?? Better let me ponder on this one a bit. That’s a tough one. OH
My favorite EDC is a medium Stockman; my most frequently carried is a Case 6332, closely followed by a Case 3318, and a Buck 303 Cadet.

You and me too. For me it’s usually a CASE 6375, Camillus 89, Boker big congress, or a loomfixer. I also have either a Spyderco Military or more recently a Buck Spitfire. Not that one will take a licking and keep on ticking.
In the shop I like a Camillus 72. But generally it’s big ol knives. That’s one of the benefits of overall britches. You can pack big knives and lots of them!

Cuz, I really like that 722 Spitfire. I've bought a boat load of them and given away a canoe load. Most recently I sent one to to my Grandson in Korea. He's not big on communication so I don't know how that worked out for him. BTW if anyone gives a rip, he's back stateside now.

Jerry glad your grandson is stateside, heard from a friend who was there a few years ago it can get cold there.
For my pocket carry most days be the slimline trapper 61048.

I probably carry these two more than any other knife I have; one on the farm and the other at work. So I guess they would have to be my all time favorites.

Tomorrow is Throwback Thursday so . . .

I like a bigger knife with a clip blade, so usually I carry my large Copperlock. When the first one arrived a couple of years ago, I immediately ordered a second one so if I lost one would still be OK. Flat in the pocket, built like a tank, holds an edge. Checks all the boxes.

Literally every single one, of my many edc's, is my favorite. Do I have to pick just one?

The last couple months or so this has been my daily companion. I’ll carry other knives for fun but this one gets used daily and not once have I wanted to leave it home. It’s a schrade walden 856 jr cattle knife branded for shapleigh hardware. I have a bunch of examples of this same knife, not only is it one of my favorite patterns to collect but also to use. Practically the perfect knife.

Nice one Paul, don't leave it in a ditch, I have buried a few when I was working.

I have carried this Stag Tiny Muscrat in my LFP since 2007. My RFP gets the change ups.

Case XX era 6235 1/2. I switch it out from time to time with a new one, however, that only last a week or two and then the Case is back in my pocket, where it has been for quite a few years.
