All About Pocket Knives

Just as a warning to y'all, and to seek answers to my questions about this knife, I offer this for your review. It has so much wrong that most would spot it immediately. The shield is wrong, the jigging, the stamp is odd, and the blade finish is "unfinished". The tang was ground and it was restamped (apparently). But who did this work? The blades fit tightly and snap well. Someone spent a lot of time on it, but threw a crummy shield on it. Is this jigged bone from a recent knife? Maybe the entire frame was from a recent Case (or what brand?). Thanks for input.

Welcome to AAPK. Contrary to many other sites, it’s customary (and encouraged) here to post pictures directly within your post rather than link to a third party photo hosting site. That way the pictures are here for posterity rather than disappear from the third party site. AAPK has ample server storage space for the pictures.
