I use an old (10+ years) Sony Cybershot on a tripod. The secret to better pictures is a free application called PhotoScape.

Just a note. I've been in the Windy City. I've worked in the Windy City but I've NEVER lived in the Windy City nor have I ever wanted to live there. There! That should cover that.
