All About Pocket Knives

Has anyone bought a scrimshaw kit (available on eBay) or have done scrimshaw on their knife?
I have seen some beautiful work by ebay seller garyharbour and wondered how easy it is to
do it right and get good results.

I am thinking about trying it on a not so expensive knife or just buying a kit. My cursive handwriting
is very good but my artistry is just average.

That's a nice one, Realeye. I don't do my own, but I sure respect the artistry it takes to create like that. Heck,
get a few old knives and have at it. No better way to get good, and see if you have a talent for it. Good thread!
