info on a Schrade

I have a new list for the Schrade Open Stock knives. I am not quite finished with it, but will send it to Bryan to post as soon as I am finished.
The only catalog I find the 308 in is the 1957 catalog. Apparently it was just made one year. The catalog lists it as: Serpentine stockman; 2-3/4 inches; Duo-Tone Bonite handle; clip, sheepfoot & pen blades; N/S bolsters & shield.
Bonite was an early name Schrade used for Delrin, IIRC.
Nice looking knife by-the-way!

i appreciate the information..
the handles are very eye catching they have some very nice color to them and not to flashy,with a very nice jig pattern on them..
the little knife has some weight to it too..like a knife should..

Oh,
I forgot; the MSRP on the 308 was $3.95 in 1957.
It that price I would take a couple dozen new ones!

$3.95 boy times have sure changed..
3.95 will get you a little over a gallon of gas now...
i have no intentions of selling this little feller,but i wonder what a good honest price would be on it.im not up to date on Schrade prices.
