Identifying a trade mark blade stamp

Bought this knife a long time ago and have since sold it. It was bolsterless stag, 6 inches long closed, Tang Stamped "GREENWICH" and had this blade stamp. The bale was brass and had file work. I sent pics to knife world 20 years ago but BL couldn't identify it. Anybody recognize the trade mark? Not sure if it's a barrel or a wheel hub? British? American?
Appreciate any input. J.O'.
