Camo Knives

I have a love-hate relationship with camo handle knives. They look cool, but are not at all practical. They are much easier to lose, since well, they blend in with everything. Secondly, most are usually some kind of paint or hydro-dip/wrap process that wears quickly. They are also often a bit more expensive due to the complexity in the application of most printed patterns. I like camo-patterned G-10, however. I'm also one of the few fans of Spyderco Zome. These are molded patterns that shouldn't wear.
Here's a Buck Bantam 284 BBW in what I'm guessing is a Realtree pattern. The company advertised does a lot of work in this region in the coal mining industry. Their main business is manufacturing and selling roof bolts for the prevention of mine collapse. I have a small collection of knives I have recently started with mining companies and businesses mostly catering to the coal mining industry. This knife is a member of that collection.
The 284 is a great EDC in my favorite size. I am getting one to carry, but I am getting a black one, since it is not imprinted with any pattern that will wear off. I had an orange 283, and it looked awful with just a week of inside sweatpants carry.
Case in point, though, this is what I call practical for knife and tool handles.
Safety Yellow, Channellock blue, Victorinox red, Victorinox yellow, orange. And a yellow bone Moore Maker by Queen. And no pink. I've gotten a few pink knives in lots, and I always end up giving them to my grandmother (they're never expensive knives). My level and tape measure are even in "can't walk off with it" patterns.
The little Spyderco (a recent small run of the Jester model for one of their dealers) has a secret, it's got glow-in-the-dark handles. With the orange lanyard, it's even harder to lose. Day and night, it's visible.
