Case 2000 Tiny Toothpicks

Hi Folks!
I am looking for 3 particular 0096 pattern ,2000 tinytoothpicks, (AKA texas toothpicks) from Case. Some call them Transition knives. I'm also interested in seeing any 2000 toothpick that has the 2000 logo, and prices if you are considering a sell. Thanks.

2). Item no. 2235 Green Appaloosa -Damascus steel Manf. 01Nov00
3). Item no. 2769 Teal Small Tx. w/Camp case 2000 deep etched on Mark Side of blad Manf. 31Aug00
