LOL, I saw that last night and almost posted it on here. That's about the fugliest franken-case I've ever seen. The price is hilarious.

What is the thinking on this one, that none of it is Case, or is it cobbled from some Case parts and other stuff added? It is a particularly hideous fake for sure.

If you're going to go to all the trouble of making a knife like this, at least Dremel "Prototype" on the blade. ::facepalm::

Most of this seller's other items are party dresses. They might have bought this knife along with the story that they give in the description; i.e. they did not know it to be a fake until Wayne's offer came in. Maybe.

I learn everyday from this site how little I actually know about knives . Other than this thing being goofy looking , I really didn’t know just how fake it is . Apparently, neither did the seller .

That is EXACTLY what I thought when I saw it John! The butt-end has a definite Medici look! The only totally legitimate part of that knife is it's BUTT-UGLY appearance! ::barf:: Happy Holidays bud! ::handshake:: 8)

This is what the listing says now: "This listing was ended by the seller because the item is no longer available."
Does that mean the seller realized the error of his ways or is just waiting for another time to cheat someone?

It has been taken down by the seller. I think the seller is honest, just didn't know better. It will be interesting though to see if it re-appears later as many often do.
