What do y'all think? Are these engravings original? And the knife itself?

No Case knives of that vintage ever had factory engraved bolsters. Such embellishments came along later, after knife collecting became popular. Assuming the knife is authentic (it may be but hard to tell from your pictures) the engraving has been added after it left the factory.

To accurately judge authenticity, pictures need to be clear, in-focus taken in good light (outdoors in daytime shade is best). Try to avoid shadows and reflections. Need to see all of the tang stamps and any other markings - blades half open typically reveal the most of the tang stamps. When fully open the bolsters typically cover at least part of the stamps.

I have been to knife show where guys have really been very artistic but they
went too far. When you politely tell them that they give you a dumbfounded
