Who would like to go back to that time, and know then what you know now?

1962 just discharged from the navy what a great time little did i know i was on the brink of screwing up my life it was a long hard fight but i won in the end i landed Gold.

Interesting, here's a few things that I remember:
I got my first pocket knife in 1960.
I saw Micky Mantle play (and strike out) live in Mexico city.
We used to stand outside store windows to watch black and white TV, no sound. Some people would charge 10 cents (Mexican) to let you into their home and watch TV.
I was hearing the radio when they announced Kennedy had been shot.
I loved it when dad would let me drive his brand new 67 barracuda.
1969: I left home to go to the USA for college.
Good thing is we have a couple of cable TV channels that show old series, I still watch The Twilight Zone, Columbo and Get Smart (by the way, my daughter told that they are making a Get Smart movie).

I had the nehru jacket and wore Beatle boots. My Mom went to "town" and brought me home a record album"Buffalo Springfield". I was mad because she didn't buy A Beatle's album.I didn't know who Buffalo Springfield was until I played the record and the first song was "For What It's Worth". I changed my attitudr real quick and decided my Mom had made a pretty good choice.
