Has anyone ever seen a Official Girl Scout knife like this?
This appears to be a previous unidentified unused Kutmaster Girl Scout knife.
The knife is being offered by a seller with a history of questionable knives.

The color rings a bell, thinking I've seen GS knives similar to it. Looks like it is the real thing.

Odd that the cutout in the handle for the punch is missing. I figured that'd be present for sure if the hafts were from an original scout knife. Did they use those green handles on other cigar pattern knives as well?

Most likely made up of parts from the Utica factory hoard that were never assembled and finished.

It's rare, just like ol' Sporty says . . . unless he had a couple 1,000 put together.

Steve that's something I hadn't known about, thanks! I guess it can join the Cattaraugus hoard and the earlier Holley hoard. Seems like every shuttered knife factory had one to some extent.
They all should have just melted it down.

Picture added for future reference. Don't let any Girl Scouts get bamboozled.

I have one with the moose blade configuration, but with the newer flat green plastic covers.
Covers are like this knife from an eBay listing:

You're right Eric, I did not think to look for the cutout, but on the 2nd knife the seller listed the Cutout can be seen.
