Italian Stiletto folder

Post by Markak »

I purchased an older stiletto folding knife marked Italy. The blade won’t close completely. Can this be fixed? BTW, I’m new to the board.

If you're still around, Mark, ::welcome:: to AAPK! ::handshake::
I'm surprised no one has responded to your post with at least a welcome, but that happens occasionally, sorry.
Regarding your question, most knives can be repaired and even though I can't see it I'd assume yours is no different.
You need to post some pictures of the knife along with a detailed description of what's wrong with it.
We love seeing pictures anytime, but in this case they're necessary in order to offer any help.

Is it a switchblade ? As possibly blade peak , I was given advice on here a while back and fixed mine , involved a complete dismantling, I didn’t mind as I rebuilt it and put new covers on , blade park is coursed by west on the hole where the button latches through on the liner , you can use a hammer and a punch to gently move material back to get the hole back how it was ::tu::

Just a little late.....
This is posted in the wrong place. You posted them here:

Probably more appropriate here:
"European-made knives
A place to discuss & share pictures of knives made in Europe.
Subforums: German Eye, Henckels, Hubertus"

But, I could be wrong.
