Hey guys, I am not to knowledgable about Italian switchblades, i have had these two I purchased back in the late 90's , overseas from Italy. I don't have original boxes or paper work. first one is stainless Kriss blade, 13 inches over all, rosewood handles?, marked only Stiletto over INOX, i know INOX is stainless.....second one is 11 inches over all, black composition handles, stainless dagger blade with Italy over Inox. Any info would be appreciated, thanks Theo

They look like a couple of well made autos to me, Theo, I can't help much more than that though.
Someone else may have further information for you, so keep checking back.
Nice knives, bud, enjoy them! ::tu::

You probably bought them from the now-defunct SKM company.
The 11" is more than likely a Frank Beltrame, and the 13" could be a Renzo Beltrame.

Do you have an estimation till what date there was only ''Italy Inox'' stamped on Italian switchblades instead of brand names on it?

I see many vintage original Italian switchblades that there are only ''Italy Inox or Italy Rostfrei'' stamped on it.

Sorry-no.
What is stamped on a knife is not usually important. The quality of the knife is.
