Fantasy Winchester whittler

I am tasked with selling some knives for my sister whose husband passed away. The first one is what I think is a fantasy Winchester 3 blade whittler. My question is does anyone else have one of these (or has seen one)? I plan on keeping it in my vintage (pre 1942) Winchester collection and make sure my boys know it's true identity. Is $
25.00 enough to give my sister for it?

Pretty sure it's not fake, just one of the later ones Queen made for Blue Grass Cutlery, probably 1990s era

I agree with Roger. It looks like it was built on a United Cutlery frame. I know I’ve seen that profile before and that is what came to mind immediately.

Here is a United Cutlery for comparison.

The Winchester Cartridge Series knives had main blades totally shaped differently than this.

Thanks! See how the spline and the cutting edge are proportional? That's what I was trying to explain, the OP blade shape isn't like that. Awesome example.
