Cool set I acquired recently. The top one is short, fat and stout! All original.

Anyone know which company made these?

Cool quad. Are these Chinese made? Getting that feeling from the dragon scales.

Japanese. The ELEX is older-probably from the early 1960s. I had one in the late 60s and it looked pretty old.
It's handle is basically the same as the Japanese folding bowie copies of the era.

Japan, late 1950s. Sold in the USA until the ban in 1958 and also sold in Japan and Mexico and Germany.

I wish there was more info. Evidence points to a couple companies making these but getting facts are so hard from Japan and you have to be careful with what you read on the internets.
