old cigars

I posted this on one of the other forums earlier and did not get any help. I would like to get a closer guess of the date on the bottom knife. It is a Robeson master blade script tang stamped. Ferguson stated 1920 to 1945. Steel bolsters and steel liners. This knife was very dirty, looks funny by tang on mark side, pile side perfect. I think it has had something corrosive on the blades sometime in its life. Knife is very solid.

Thanks
Stockman

It looks like an older Robeson, Stockman because of the bone jigging and color.. Can you post a better shot of the main blade tang stamp?

Thanks for the reply Charlie. I will try to get a better shot of the tang. On my set up it will click twice to a nice big picture. I also think it is a early knife closer to the 20's or 30's

I can click it up in size, but I'd like to see the rest of the tang stamp. They varied over the years.

I have a similar knife with a KENT tang stamp.
Kents were made for Woolworth's by Camillus.
