Four Schrade Cut made English Jacks. (all are 4 &/1/2 inches)
From the top:
Arched tang stamp two blade pick bone (early)
Winchester tang stamp two blade
Spear single blade
Lock back

Maybe "lined".

I had always heard the narrow grooved bolsters as being 'threaded,' and the deeper wider grooved bolsters as being 'rat-tailed.'
