Randall would never consider making a knife like this. Looks like BUCK had a hand in it. He cites "documentation." Nothing in there to indicate Randall made this knife.

And if I am wrong I will be embarrassed for the 5000th time. Nothing new there!

The description reads like it was written by an AI engine.
This is a highly sought-after Randall hunting knife, measuring 6 inches.
Bad grammar and sentence construct.
It comes with a sleek black sheath and documentation of its authenticity. The blade is made of durable stainless steel and features a drop point design in a shiny silver color. The handle is crafted from high-quality leather and is handmade for added uniqueness.
Facts from a list repeated in sentence form.
This knife is ideal for collectors and hunting enthusiasts alike and is sure to make a great addition to any collection.
A generic claim without any specific description to the knife for sale.
New. Recently inherited. Very unique RANDALL MADE KNIFE.
The closing sentence reads like what an AI engine would conclude based on prior data.

I peruse Ebay for knives every day, sometimes at length. Almost all the listings have AI descriptions, patently worthless. A sad how-do-ya-do.

The handle and guard are quite nice!
The blade? Well,
https://www.harborfreight.com/6-in-bowi ... 58090.html, there are quite a few of those Buck-ish 6" blades around...
Who knows...
It looks like is has been relisted with a revised description and a much lower price:

It says the listing has ended, but I see they have another "Randall" for just $37.50.

I like how they picture the knife with a Randall book, guilty by association?

Found this on BladeForums. Since the OP knife isn't marked at all, I wonder if it's a knockoff of the Hattori Hunter knife or a second?

Definitely not a Randall though.

Yes I believe the Ebay knife is a Valor 1700B, made by Hattori in the 80's-90's period. Some had etched tang stamps and some didn't. Cal's right Buck blades were used on those.
