A USS Constitution Olde Cutler

I found this cool olde cutler in a lot. From the picture i thought it was an imperial frontier stockman, but it turns out its a numbered commemorative knife. Every now and then they recopper the uss constitution. The official museum of the constitution handles selling off the old copper bits to be made into memorabilia to fund the updates.
Colonial apparently bought some copper sheeting and made these badges, or bought the badges, im not sure, and made a limited series of knives in their top of the line old cutlers. It used to have an inked on scrimshaw of the boat on the pile side. It also came in a box with a registration ticket, certificate of authenticity and a free ticket to visit the ship.
This one is numbered 510. Does anyone know anything else about these? What year maybe? My guess is the late 70's but that didn't line up with any important dates i don't think.
Also how many total were made?
Its a nice knife for a collectors thing. Would make agreat user.
