double order?

So I have an issue where the same knife item #94513 was sold to two different people. I packaged the knife and it was ready to ship and the next sale is for the same knife so I contacted the buyer and canceled the sale. Now I am having that same issue again. A knife #94547 sold and I packed it and then it shows sold again and I am gonna have to cancel that sale and contact them to let them know the issue. I put my store on pause vacation setting until I can get this issue fixed. Is this a known issue? or something I have done in my store>

At the bottom of the pages there is a "Contact Us" link, Pearl, click-on that and send a message to Bryan as that will be your fastest fix.
I'm certain he can correct anything wrong, good luck!

I'm not seeing anything at the moment that would allow for a double sale so long as the quantity available was set at 1. Is there any possibility the available inventory was accidentally set at a quantity > 1?
