double order?

So I have an issue where the same knife item #94513 was sold to two different people. I packaged the knife and it was ready to ship and the next sale is for the same knife so I contacted the buyer and canceled the sale. Now I am having that same issue again. A knife #94547 sold and I packed it and then it shows sold again and I am gonna have to cancel that sale and contact them to let them know the issue. I put my store on pause vacation setting until I can get this issue fixed. Is this a known issue? or something I have done in my store>
