Ethan 1953 Italy

Found this one on eBay. Needs some work, bolster and spring. First one I have ever had the opportunity to own. Found some information online and in Switchblades of Italy that this was likely and import co. in NY and could be made by Latama. Any other info would be appreciated.

Latama didn't make anything. They were basically an importer.
Latama supposedly assisted in having the Ethan knives made in Italy.

While the condition is rough and needs some work, that is still a cool old survivor.

You could fix that up real nice! Looks like someone adjusted the pivot pin dimensions.

Hopefully someone else will restore it. Probably putting it back on ebay or some other site for sale as is.
