Small case fixed blade

The W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company has a very rich history that began in 1889 when William Russell (“W.R.”), Jean, John, and Andrew Case began fashioning their knives and selling them along a wagon trail in upstate New York. The company has produced countless treasures and it continues to do so as one of the most collected brands in the world.

Small case fixed blade

Can anyone ID this 7 1/2 in OA L, 4 in blade, stacked leather handle knife stamped CASE no serifs? Looks t be more recent but I don’t know. I thought for a minute it was a forgery but it’s a nice quality knife so perhaps it’s legitimate.

Modern slip joints, most hunting knives do not have choils, that is a folding knife thing. Knife is legit, nobody fakes knives that bring $30 on the market. I do not know the model number but the mark was used in the 1950s and early 60s.
