I can’t recall the guys name I bought this off of, it was either this forum or maybe USN. Anyhow, have treasured this knife for a long time. I had a custom leather sheath made for it in addition to the kydex one that came with it. To say it is sharp is an understatement! Any other Kiku Matsuda fans here?

I’ve only read about him and admired his knives for a long time, but have not acquired one. I’m sure it is just as impressive in hand as it looks. I can believe it’s scary sharp. The sharpest knives I’ve ever owned were from Japan. Their process for honing the edge with whetstones is the best I’ve seen. Thanks for sharing this.

4 Kiku Matsuda knives are currently listed for sale on Arizona Custom Knives website and they also have several pages of Matsuda's knives that have previously sold. One of the sold ones has a blade that looks quite similar to one shown here, and it is called a "talon".

Hey Herb!
What are you doing browsing "ACK", tempting fate that you can poke your monkey in the eye with a sharp stick, and not suffer the consciences? Tch, tch, tch!
lol!
It's been a bit, buddy, hope all is well!
