Your knife is a WW2 era knife. It was not issued to troops but was available for private purchase and in PX stores. Your blade is fairly worn by sharpening but it is a cool knife.

Maybe 10-15 bucks? It is quite worn and rusty and the sheath doesn't look original. Sadly it is not collector quality.
