Latama's Excellent Customer Service

Had an excellent experience with Latama. I needed some QR oil and went on to the official Latama website. They were out of the 1 bottle and syringe combo. So I went to Amazon and found the item there. When the package arrived, all was good except the syringe was empty and no bottom of the container was there. I sent an email through Latama's website explaining what happened. Today a shiny new syringe showed up ready to go. It is nice to see customer service done right and appreciate Walt caring about customers.

That's the norm with Latama, buddy, we had a similar experience here on the forum. A few guys were complaining about breaking the syringe when they squeeze it, so I sent a message to Walt to tell him. Not only did he explain how to correct this issue, but he sent a free full syringe of oil to a list of names who wanted one! Customer Service don't get much better than that! If you haven't used Q. R, oil before you're in for a treat!

Yep, I absolutely agree, Q, and as you said, it takes very little to achieve the desired results. When some of the best makers in the world today give it high praise there has to be something to it.

....."just a dab will do"..... comes from those old Brillcreme hair cream commercials where they would sing, "Just a little dab will do ya", are you old enough to remember those?

QR oil seems to be the exact right viscosity to do the job. Those commercials are before my time. My grandfather would use that expression. And in the 80s as a young trouble maker, a friend of mine would use that expression relevant to certain prohibited substances

Funny how advertising slogans become part of our usage.
