Can y’all tell me about this knife? Maker and handle material?

Made by Armando Beltrame in Maniago, Italy.
Handle material is water buffalo horn.

Thank you so much, no interest in selling, but do you have a general idea of a knife like this’s value. I just don’t have any experience with them, it was one of the knives I found when pop passed in November.
