I like the size and style; I just don't like that blade profile. I prefer the Sheep's foot Lamb's foot. I guess the difference is that it is called an "Angus Jack", with the Sheep's foot blade. Also, the GEC "part #" or code might be different. If there is one out there, I would be interested. Even a spear-point would be OK, but I would prefer the Sheep's foot/Lamb's foot, ebony is great, or bone would be fine as well.
