I am no expert on Fight'n Rooster, but I do have a few. So far as I know, Frank Buster did not have a factory: he contracted the manufacture of his knives. That knife was probably made in the Olbertz factory in Germany, which also made Bulldog knives. The knives that I own that were made there are very fine quality knives.
However, the handle on your knife is is made of Celluloid. It is beginning to outgas and corrode the metal parts of your knife. Note the pins and bolsters, especially. There are several threads discussing Celluloid on this forum. (Do a search) That looks like a nice knife. In my opinion, you should consider removing the handles off that knife immediately and having it rehandled. (Get another opinion before doing that!) In any case, do not store that knife with other knives, since the Celluloid gasses will corrode any nearby metal.

I agree completely with Dinadan.
