2025 AAPK Club Knife Information

Post by bestgear »

This will be the official thread for the 2025 AAPK Club Knife!

Work has been underway since January with Great Eastern Cutlery (GEC) and we are close to finalizing our knife specifications. Since specifications are still subject to change until finalized, I can only confirm that this years knife will be a multi-blade knife that hasn't been produced by GEC in over six years, it is not a duplicate of a GEC pattern that AAPK has used in the past and the bone handles that it will be sporting are a first for AAPK (and possibly GEC).

We will be using a pre-order system like last year with a few tweaks. This year, premium subscribers will have 3 weeks to pre-order 1 or 2 knives in a single order, after-which any remaining knives will be available for pre-orders by non-premium members. This "perk" allowed nearly every premium subscriber to get the knives they wanted last year which is why we are repeating and improving the offering this year.

In the next 30-days we will finalize the 2025 AAPK Club Knife with GEC. Shortly thereafter Bryan will send all Premium Subscribers an email to the address recorded in your profile to announces the launch of the 2025 Club Knife pre-order sales along with a link to the AAPK store listing to make your purchase. I will also be making a general announcement in this thread once pre-orders have started as our checkout software will initially only allow sales to a Premium Subscriber.

We are planning to fulfill all pre-orders months ahead of last years schedule, well ahead of the holiday season. Thank you for your support of this important annual club event; I believe everyone will be pleased with this years knife! ::handshake:: Peace

Man, seems like we just got the last one. Another year flying by, another sweet knife in the works, another surprise coming. Can't wait to see what it will be and thanks to all those making it happen. Love the club knives.

Thanks for the update. Can't wait and of course I'm in. I joined and became a premium member last year. Was in on the club knife and the wait was totally worth it! Since then I've searched out and snagged a couple of past year's club knives. Also great. If you're on fence about going premium and buying this year's knife do it! Great community to be found here. It has become my daily haunt. Home away from home really.

I’m happy that our knife community is strong enough to keep this tradition alive - if you haven’t already visited, here’s a historical record of the last 16 years of club knives: https://www.allaboutpocketknives.com/kn ... hp?t=84212

Just like Buc-ee's, if you know you know you should be on the lookout for an email from Bryan today indicating the start of pre-order sales for the 2025 AAPK Club Knife exclusively for premium subscribers. Get them while they last ::tu::

Thanks Tom and Bryan! I’ve wondered if GEC would ever produce a bone stag handle knife, and here it is! Thanks for continuing the tradition of the AAPK forum knife.

This is about the way it goes around here:

For a change I was paying attention this time but the grace period makes it not such a scramble as it used to be! Good on Bryan and Tom for continuing the practice started last time, I think. ::hmm::
Back in 2018 we were enjoying Hurricane Michael and our friend Dale, aka Orvet, ordered one for me during the power outage. Thanks again my friend. ::handshake::
Then a few years ago, I wasn't paying attention, again and missed out as these knives seemed "to sell like hot-cakes". Day late and a dollar short was only half true that time, just didn't get to the trough in time. That round I was graciously rescued by Ken, KLJ77 who offered me his 2021 knife. I believe Ken said he would just start his AAPK club knife collection the following year. Thank you, Ken! ::handshake::
These are the kind of folks that make up AAPK's membership, glad to be associated with them!
I told Miss Joy about ordering the 2025 knife and when the delivery was to be expected in early October. She replied, "Happy Birthday, that's close to September 27th. Then I said it might be a wedding anniversary gift for you if comes on October the 8th.! We try to have a good time.

Bryan and I are thankful for the support of this year’s knife. Do not sleep on this one, they are going fast and they will sell out. We have already outpaced last years day 1 sales and the day isn’t over yet. If you’d like a Eureka Jack in your collection, act now to avoid any disappointments. ::handshake::

Could only be an anniversary gift if the handles were green.

Ordered mine just as soon as I found out. First club knife and first Eureka Jack to boot! The mock up looks killer! Great job on picking this out!
