Unknown knife

I picked this knife up today from a local gun shop for $5. Couldn't pass it up. I know it's an imperial but what the model is i have no clue. I thought it was rather unique
Check out some of these old catalogs. These shell knives were eye catching in the displays. Were sold in 5 and dimes by the bazillions.
