Old Kukri???

I hope some one can help me identify this ( Kukri?) I picked it up with a few pocket knives the seller said he did not know the year it was made or where it was made, to me it looks old and hand made ?

Not a Kukri (Nepalese). It looks like a Filipino Talibong knife.
