Pocket knife identification GE?

Hi there. This is my first post. Kind of exciting. Please correct me if I blunder. I picked up this senator pen style pocket knife and I just haven't been able to ID it. The name on the blade is almost entirely gone. What is left is, I believe, the bottom of the first two letters. again, I believe they are GE. Like I said, it is only the bottom half. The only book I have on older pocketknives is 1983 official price guide, which names the shield type as
"S 110". I thought Gerber but it wasn't really their style . The pins through the bolsters are not all that common , I don't think. If you have any info that you would care to lay on me, I would appreciate it. I just don't feel right not knowing. Thank you
